Vegan Nut Free Pesto

Directions
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 1 ½ cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic smashed and peeled.
- 5 cups Kale washed, stems removed and torn into palm-sized pieces.
- ½ -1 cup Water (if needed)
Method:
Using a blender or food processor combine the olive oil, nutritional yeast, kosher salt, and as much kale as the blender can hold. Blend on medium until the kale is reduced in half.
Add the remaining kale and continue to blend on medium and then on high until well blended.
Serve with sourdough bread from Rose's Bakery (which can be found in our online shop).
